These terms cover use of the SecureGate app by NPG TechnoLabs on your phone. The operator is NPG TechnoLabs Pvt Ltd. The company name is approved by MCA. Incorporation in India is in progress.
The app
SecureGate helps a housing society keep residents, flats, bills, notices, visitors, staff, documents, and related operations in one place on this device, with optional cloud sync across phones when enabled.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for who can sign in, for the accuracy of records, for any backup you share, and for how your society uses synced data. Do not use the app for unlawful activity.
Local and optional cloud data
Records stay on the phone unless you export or share them, or unless the society uses the optional backend for login, society approval, and syncing selected society data across phones. Restarting the app reloads the last local backup when one exists. Keep a shared copy of important backups off the device.
No warranty
The app is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that records cannot be lost if the phone is reset, the app is uninstalled, a backup is missing, or a sync conflict occurs.
Updates
When SecureGate is published on Google Play, install updates from Play Store.
